i feel good..

I always dgr org2 yg mgamalkan 'vegetarian' ckp..
i feel good about myself..
i feel a lot more healthier now...
so, i wondering ape perasaan bile kiter x mkn daging lansung..dah la xdpt mkn ayam yg sdap2..daging bakar..bleh mati ke jd vegetarian nie..??

bile i wonder..and wonder...and wonder..then..i dicided nk jd vegetarian for a week..hari ni dh masuk hari ke6 xmkn daging..and tomorrow is my last day..which mean i bleh mkn ayam balik..tp i terlalu happy jd vegetarian, in fact i feel so good about myself..betul la like most vegetarian said ' i feel a lot more healthier'..

perasaan die lain sngt..u tend to eat lots more fruit and vege than u ever before bcoz tu je sumber mknn u..and i dpt bnyak info about being a vegetarian, and also dpt vegetarian friends dkt facebook..then i discovered bnyak recipe mgunakan sayur..slalu kalau kiter masak sayur,,yg dtg dlm minda....masak dgn sos tiram, xpown letak telur or wat sup..tp sbnarnya..mcm2 recipe leh kiter masak dgn mggunakan sayur...=)

sayur...sayur..sayur..x bosan ker??
tak pown..ske lagi ade la...

Ni antara changes yg i rase slps almost seminggu jd vegetarian + the benefits:

  • weight loss- xde la drastic hilang camtu jer..tp rase ringan sikit berbanding dulu..yg i tau kalories dlm bdan mmg menurun.(senaman pown kna buat jugak k)
  • improve bladder system- makanan akan cepat hadam because vege sngt tinggi dgn serat..and u akan rase happy sbb slalu buang...i know its sound disgusting..tp its good for ur health. mknn tinggi serat pown bleh prevent certain type of cancers (air pown kne minum bnyak gak k).
  • hormone and chemical free-as we know, fruits and vege x disuntik dgn growth hormone mcm dlm ayam and daging as they may harm our body.
  • low blood pressure- mkn sayur and soya ni x bnyak lemak..so this will reduce blood pressure and improve our circulation system.
stakat tu je la..nk ckp bnyak pown i baru je jd vegetarian seminggu..hehe..=)
