i'm a vegetarian..

Share bila bcakap pasal vegetarian..teringat isteri adik pua chukang si margerat tu..kurus kering betul die..bestnya if dpt jd kurus ni..but in a healthy way..
disebabkan terlalu obses dgn nak kurus tp xpernah berjaya.i decided utk jd vegetarian for a week..Alhamdulillah dh masuk hari ketiga and i havent ambik any meat at all..sumber protein i mostly come from telur and soya.=)

BREAKFAST

everything so far so good for now,xde la pening2 or pengsan ke..and i love living like this..
had one cup of milk every morning and 2 slice of wholemeal bread.sometimes one banana for breakfast.

LUNCH

first of all i was thinking about nk skip lunch, but i dont feel its a good thing to do so, i chose to eat a bowl of salad or with cold pasta..it was superb good!! sngt2 enjoy mkn sayur,sngt manis..makan buah pown ok

DINNER

for dinner slalunya i akan masak..sup sayur with mince soya...mince soya tu rase mcm daging, tp bukan...so i xde la kempunan nk mkn ayam sngt..i always make sure i akan letak at least 5 jenis sayur dlm masakan. rase die of course sngt pelik, tp i love it.=)


the next thing i try to avoid is pngambilan caffein, mostly in coffee and tea. i love hot drink so i beli coffee tanpa caffein( betul ke aku eja ni?)..and guess what?? it taste just like the ordinary coffee..xde beza sngt.just die x sekuat coffee like expresso or mocha..

the next tip yg i nk share is...whenever u feel hungry, drinks lots and lots of water..plain or mineral water is what i'm talking about.jus pown ok jugak..sbb bile kiter rase lapar sbnarnya kita dahaga..minum air bley kurangkan rase lapar tu..tips ni sngt2 la bkesan,,and minum air bnyak2 nie x rugi pape pown...bkn perut nk pecah.cuci darah and bg kiter cantik lg ade la=)

last but not least,senaman..bru start smlm pagi and ptg i akan wat senaman slimming yg i ambik dr youtube...best..and u can actually feel the different.strech ur muscle..best2..

smpai situ je stakat ni...ape pown kiter wat..kiter mesti ENJOY!!
